FASHION UNRELATED

One of my favorite (and really weird) pastimes is to look at personals on Craigslist for unintentionally hilarious posts. Some examples: "Hello I am looking for a woman in the middle east. I haven't been able to find a good woman in the USA so I have decided to look abroad." or "I'm a highly intelligent, always smiling American woman of good social standing. If you're similar, do not have a mustache & want to take me out for coffee or a meal between May 13 - 19th, drop me a line with your pic. P.S. If you don't hear back from me you did not send a photo, used excessive SMS language (I appreciate good grammar) or were just not my type." Genius!

STALKING: HAUTELOOK

How adorable is this?!
They have it in pale peach as well, which I would have purchased except it was sold out in all sizes but 2. And I have never been a 2.
I think this is funkier anyway.
$129

SNAGGED: VINTAGE FRYE BOOTS

In college, someone gave me beautiful vintage ivory boots. They had a bit of a heel and were sadly a bit uncomfortable, so I sold them after about a year of them sitting unworn in my closet. Ever since then, I've been searching for the perfect pair of pale boots. I really hope these fit. I can see myself wearing them with jeans or long skirts or any of the dresses in my closet. I was going to shell out $150 for new Fryes online, the kind everybody has. But now I get to be unique at a fraction of the price.

FOREVER 21 CART

I think this linen skirt is promising, but I would have to try it on to make sure it fits. I cannot believe they have it grouped XS, S, M, L, and XL. I would get this color over the navy so that the tulip part pops out at you.
I've been haunting places for the perfect multi-chain necklace. I love the length of this one, and the edgy tangled portion.

This is an elegant length.

I'm a sucker for rosettes. I liked the grey option, but that came with a glaring turquoise I wouldn't ever wear. I can see myself wearing these colors every day. Maybe a trip to the crafts store is in order at this point.

I've been looking for a bustier/corset to wear under a crisp white blouse or a soft cardigan. Again, S, M, L...what about cup sizes?!
I guess you get what you pay for.
I've bought maybe a hairband at Forever21, but maybe it's time for an actual visit.
