SNAGGED: J. CREW CAFE CAPRI

Item #10492, reg. $79.50. I've been looking for non white see through fitted pants for forever. I pulled these off of the sale rack. Apparently J. Crew doesn't give the student/educator discount for sale or promotional items anymore, which is a shame.

SELLING: NEW NUDE PEEPTOE SUEDE ZARA PLATFORM HEELS

Hot, huh? Sorry the pictures are a little out of focus. I have a few JCA's (J. Crew Aficionadas, who apparently like to branch out into Zara kicks!) interested, and then I'll put them on Feebay if nothing actually pans out. They are size 6.5 and are pretty true to size and comfortable. I paid $100 (tag and extra pair of taps still attached) but will be willing to take a loss.

STALKING: TWO TONE SUMMER PUMPS

Glimpsed these on Feebay. How cute are they? Imagine the ways you'd wear them...

FOX IN A DRESS

I normally don't like Megan Fox because of the perpetual high on weed look and too much makeup. However, maybe it's because I don't see her smile enough. I think she looks great here. And the dress is gorgeous. I need to find some pictures of the whole thing.

STALKING: GILT, J CREW, SAKS...CHARLOTTE RUSSE?

I am a sucker for ruffles and rosettes, so this top is a no brainer for me.
On sale at Saks.
Both colors, please!

J. Crew seems to do the same thing every season, but I fall for it almost every time.
I love this print.
Free shipping for over $150 in purchases still going on.

Vena Cava top on sale at Gilt.
I love silk print tops for work.
This is perfect.

I saw this $25 platform pump in an Elle and loved how fresh it looked with capris and a bright top. A YSL knockoff, I suppose, but as long as it's comfortable!!

SICK

I promise I'll be better about posting after this week. I went to New York and somehow spent as much as I spent abroad - one of many reasons I could never live in New York. I'm also coming out of the tail end of the worst cold ever. My parents are at my place this week, so it was a nightmare getting my apartment in order (all you secret live-ins know what I mean). In other news, I picked up some great pieces at a random Salvation Army in Queens - including a special black Alexander McQueen jacket for $12... Also bought my second pair of Zara shoes within two weeks. These are totally unwearable but they make my legs look like that of an un-annoying celebrity's. I can't think of any names in particular, but I'll work on it. Pictures to come, stay tuned.

I'M BACK!!

I forgot to note that I was going to be out of the country for a little while. A lot of people use "amazing" left and right but truly I had an amazing time in Berlin. What a livable city, and a beautiful underrated language. I also believe that no one actually works a job but everyone lives glamorous non-annoying hipster lives biking around and buying flowers. People party until morning, or until the weekend is over. I ate like a king while there - currywurst, Thai, Turkish, Italian- all on the cheap. Public transit is actually on time, and frequent. The H&Ms kicked our H&Ms' ass all over the place. I bought the cutest black trench coat for spring for half off - it's still full price here and I managed to trade in for my size when I got back. I also picked up a J. Crew knockoff necklace for like 3 euro and a grey top with 100% silk ruffles. I have never seen 100% silk anything for that price point. I picked up the cutest wedges at Zara. All the while, I didn't really spend all that much since I was staying with a friend the entire time. I'm definitely sending a care package...

One thing I don't care for is an American who is living/studying abroad who talks crap about America. Give me a break. Just because you are "in Budapest at the moment" does not keep you from being lame. You are a tourist as you have not learned more than seven words of Hungarian and you hang out with other Americans at places where you can order drinks in English. I have little room to say much as I don't really like my job and I have no idea what to do with my life, but I will afford myself that!

So I'm on a ban right now, like everybody else in the world. I realized the other day that I don't wear a lot of the stuff I buy off of eBay even though they're great pieces. I have tons and tons of clothes, and they all kind of look the same. It's sick. I just want to have a giant garage/yard sale, except I don't have a garage/yard. Does anyone else feel that way?

More later!
